BIG news

Five dump truck loads of rock big. The house improvement continues--outside this time. Attached are photos of the biggest project we've undertaken at the house. First the fence is there, then it's gone! Chad spent Wednesday night tearing down fence, then Friday he spent all day moving rock into place (my wife is crazy) and preparing to lay the foundation of our retaining wall. It was crazy hard work. He is very proud of his hauling adventures on Friday as well--he got a load of gravel and dumped it by himself, then later he dumped concrete bits, which was an adventure. So our backyard doesn't look anything like it used to, but it's been kind of exciting.
Anyway, I'm attaching a link to a few photos of the house both before and after.

I love rock walls!! matt and I are considering some type of one in our yard, but we don't know yet. We have to have some kind of fence. But thanks for including the picture of me modeling your house. It really made your pictures personal and special. :)

Kar, you're more than welcome to have some of our rocks to build your wall. We have plenty. :)
