This is me testing the family pulse...

I know we are all busy. I'm writing this as I wait for a student to come to my office to discuss one of his papers. However, I must express concern for our collective negligence of the blog. I can't believe that exciting things are not happening to you all.

For example, I watched Doctor Who this weekend. Totally exciting, right? I then caught Zach's cold. Yet another exciting event. Then, as I lie sniffling on the couch with a gallon of water beside me to soothe my sore throat, I watched a brand new BBC adaptation of Wuthering Heights. It was bizzare...and exciting! Nothing like Kate Bush's version of course, but few things are.

Anyway, this is a small snapshot of Zan-life to make you all feel guilty and to stimulate blog activity. Go team.
